I must also mention the helpfulness of the receptionist, Dimitrii, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. On the day of our checkout, he even surprised us with complimentary refreshment drinks. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Maintenance: Some aspects of the room were in need of maintenance, such as the non, functional heated drying rack and broken shower head holder. the bathroom also had issues like broken caulking, leaking faucet, and mold growth due to non, waterproof paint.
